On this link I would like to share with you my goals and plans in being able to share and collaborate with others that might have common links with me on this great pursuit of finding our past. I don't have a ton of information on my family so far, but I have a start. From the kindness of my mother's-in-law heart, I have been able to acquire a great amount of pedigree charts from his side of the family, and good stories as well, which as part of my sharing goals, I will type and post these stories on my blog so their is an electronic version for others to see or use. I also have a small amount of information from my side of the family, which is where I plan on having more goals with collaborating. I have acquired some things on my mother's side, but will need more dedicated devotion on finding things here. I also have a wonderful grandmother on my dad's side that is a master at genealogy and collecting and sharing family history work. It is my goal to get as much from her as I possibly can to help build my own supply of information so I can have a better understanding of where my family is at, and what I have to offer to share with others. From all the things that I can't get from family members I will do my best to search for things online through the new and wonderful search engines available for genealogy. I have a lot of work a head of me, but I know I am not alone in this, and a journey of a thousand miles always begins with one step...so here I go!
