My Name is Whitney Whatcott Jacob. I am married to the wonderful man of my dreams, Michael Anthony Jacob. We were both raised in a small town called Lakeside, Arizona. I come from a family of nine children, all but two of these siblings are married now, making for almost 23 grandchildren (we are in the production of the almost 22nd one, two others also coming) Michael comes from a family of six children and almost 9 grandchildren. On my parents sides of their families there are over a hundred cousins on both sides, which makes it really hard to remember everyone's names and espeically hard to find ways that everyone can get together for family reunions now days. Michael's side isn't as big, but he comes from a great family!
We have recently spurred some new interest in family history work, and trying to get to know our families better now, and from the past, which is what inspired the desires for creating this blog. We have been blessed with so much and I have come to realize the more aware you are of all these wonderful blessings, the happier and more alive I feel! My family, old and new, have truly been the greatest blessings in my life and it is my desire and pursuit to get to know them better!
